Sheriff’s office reports recent arrests

The Callaway County Sheriff's Office reported 18 felony arrests to begin March and close out February.

Wanda Sublette, 49, of Fulton, was arrested for a Callaway County warrant with the charge of felony possession of a controlled substance in the area of State Road Z and State Road JJ on March 8. Sublette was booked and processed at the Callaway County Jail, and later posted bond.

David Burnham, 68, of Rhineland, was arrested for Harris County, Texas felony warrants for drug violations in the area of State Road D on March 7. Burnham was booked and processed at the Callaway County Jail, and later released per Texas authorities.

Stacy Moore, 51, of Auxvasse, was arrested for a Callaway County warrant with the charge of felony delivery of a controlled substance in the area of State Road UU on March 2. Moore was booked and processed at the Callaway County Jail, and later posted bond.

Linda Foster, 37, of Portland, was arrested for a Callaway County warrant with the charges of felony possession of a controlled substance and tampering with a victim in the area of State Road F on March 1. Foster was booked and processed at the Callaway County Jail, and later posted bond.

David Hendren, 25, of Columbia, was arrested for felony delivery of a controlled substance in the area of US Highway 54 and Interstate 70 on March 1. Hendren was booked and processed at the Callaway County Jail, and later posted bond.

Anastasia Ellis, 21, of Fulton, was arrested for felony stealing and felony exploitation of an elderly/disabled person in the area of County Road 308 on Feb. 28. Ellis was booked and processed at the Callaway County Jail, and later posted bond.

Janet Veltrop, 39, of Holts Summit, was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance in the area of US Highway 54 on Feb. 28. Veltrop was booked and processed at the Callaway County Jail, and later released with a Court summons.

Three individuals were arrested in the 800 block of Vine St. on Feb. 28. Thomas Todd, 39, of Kingdom City, was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance. Todd remains in-custody at the Callaway County Jail, pending bond post. William Burgess, 49, of Fulton, was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance, as well as Callaway County felony warrants for probation violation. Burgess remains in-custody at the Callaway County Jail. Jessica Graul, 41, of Florissant, was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance. Graul was booked and processed at the Callaway County Jail, and later posted bond.

Emily Tabaka, 25, of Auxvasses, was arrested for felony receiving stolen property and resisting arrest in the area of State Road E. on Feb. 27. Additionally, Tabaka was wanted for felony Boone and Audrain County warrants for forgery and domestic assault. Tabaka was booked and processed at the Callaway County Jail, and remains in-custody pending bond post.

William Norris, 27, of Cincinnati, Ohio, was arrested for felony tampering with a motor vehicle (first degree) in the area of Interstate 70 and State Road D/YY on Feb. 27. Norris was booked and processed at the Callaway County Jail, and remains in-custody pending bond post.

Dewayne Washburn, 45, of Fulton, was arrested for felony unlawful use of a weapon and felony assault in the area of County Road 433 on Feb. 26. Washburn was booked and processed at the Callaway County Jail, and remains in-custody without bond.

Andrew Chatraw, 31, of Fulton, was arrested for a Callaway County warrant with the charge of felony possession of a controlled substance in the area of State Road O on Feb. 24. Chatraw was booked and processed at the Callaway County Jail, and later posted bond.

Mark Strahl, 37, of Fulton, was arrested for felony resisting arrest in the area of County Road 405 on Feb. 23. Additionally, Strahl faced charges with the Fulton Police Department. Strahl was booked and processed at the Callaway County Jail, and later posted bond.

Patricia Bell, 59, of Kingdom City, was arrested for a Callaway County warrant with the charge of felony stealing in the area of Kingdom City on Feb. 23. Additionally, Bell was charged with felony trafficking drugs and felony delivery of a controlled substance into a county jail. Bell was booked and processed at the Callaway County Jail, and later posted bond.

Douglas Cole, 42, of Fulton, was arrested for felony trafficking drugs, felony delivery of a controlled substance and delivery of a controlled substance into a county jail in the area of State Road F on Feb. 23. Cole was transferred to the custody of the Missouri Department of Correction for state parole violations.

Roderick Chapman, 59, of Memphis, Tennessee, was arrested for felony knowingly burning/exploding and felony tampering with a motor vehicle (first degree) in the area of Interstate 70 and North Outer Road on Feb. 18. Chapman was booked and processed at the Callaway County Jail, and remains in-custody pending bond post.
